1. General Information
R Define Aesthetic Clinic is a DHA-licensed aesthetic and wellness center located in Sobha Hartland – Meydan, Dubai, UAE. All treatments and consultations are conducted under medical supervision and in accordance with DHA guidelines.
2. Appointments
All treatments require a prior appointment. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to ensure your session begins on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
3. Consultations
A consultation is required before certain medical aesthetic procedures to assess your suitability for treatment. R Define Clinic reserves the right to decline any procedure if it is not medically appropriate or safe for the client.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in AED and are subject to change without notice. Payments must be completed prior to or at the time of service. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
R Define Clinic maintains a no refund policy. However, in the event you are unable to continue with a prepaid treatment plan, an exchange of service of equivalent value may be arranged, subject to management approval. (See “Refund & Exchange Policy” below.)
6. Treatment Results
Individual results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to pre- and post-care guidelines. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Our treatments are aesthetic and non-surgical. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Clients are advised to disclose any medical history or medications prior to treatment.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and images are the property of R Define Aesthetic Clinic and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
