    All payments made for treatments, packages, or prepaid services are non-refundable once purchased.

  2. Exchange of Service:
    If a client is unable to proceed with a particular treatment due to medical reasons or personal circumstances, an exchange of service of equal value may be arranged, subject to management approval and within the validity period of the purchased package.

  3. Treatment Validity:
    Treatment sessions or packages must be utilized within the validity period indicated at the time of purchase.

  4. Non-Transferable:
    Purchased treatments or packages are non-transferable to another person.

  5. Promotional Offers:
    Services purchased under limited-time offers or special promotions are not eligible for refund or exchange unless otherwise stated.

  6. DHA Compliance:
    All procedures are performed under DHA-approved protocols. No treatment will be performed if deemed unsafe or unsuitable during consultation.
